Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, accessories, or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items / Jewelry & Game Day Accessories 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges available for sale items.

Preorder/Customer Store Items

All sales are final. These orders are printed as ordered, we print exactly what is ordered in the customer store. No returns or exchanges available for preordered items from customer online stores.

Retail Items

You may return a retail item within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In order to process a return, please bring in or mail your unwashed, unused item(s) to our storefront within 30 days of purchase. Shipping Cost Liability

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for size exchanges or otherwise seeking a return in the case of no damage, defect, or other issue with the order or item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You can also visit our storefront free of charge to process a return.

Inspection

Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect to verify the item(s) is still in acceptable (new, unused) condition. 

If the item(s) is not in acceptable (new, unused) condition, your return will be denied. Once inspection of your item(s) has been complete, you will receive an email notification about the status of your return.

Approval

If the return is approved, then your return will be processed 1) according to the terms of the item and 2) the requested method of recompense.

Denial 

If the return is denied, you may either pay to ship the item(s) back or we can dispose of the item(s) for you. If you choose to have them shipped back, we will send you an invoice that must be paid before your item can be shipped back.

RETAIL REFUNDS

Refunds usually process within 10 business days. Once your refund is processed on our end, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the amount refunded and the last four digits of the card number to which the refund will be sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the exchange once we verify that the return is approved. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Retail Items

For any item that is defective or damaged. Please send a photo of the damage or defect to info@reddingcompany.com along with your order number, and we will contact you to address the issue.

 

Bulk Orders 

Cancelling Your Bulk Order

An order can be canceled anytime before artwork approval. However, to cover vendor return fees and shipping for the garments, as well as the time our team spent preparing your project, there will be a 35% fee taken from the refund due to cancelation. After the artwork approval is given by the client, an order CANNOT be canceled.
