Online Store Information
An online store is the easiest way to manage group apparel orders. Instead of collecting order forms, payments, and sizes, we handle everything for you.
Customers place their orders directly through the online store, and we take care of payment processing, production, packaging, and delivery.
All you have to do is share the store link with your group.
How the Online Store Process Works
1. Choose the items for your store
Select the garments you’d like to offer to your group. Most stores include one design offered on up to three items, such as a t-shirt, hoodie, and long sleeve.
2. Send us your artwork (or we can create it!)
You can provide your design or our team can help create one for you. If artwork creation is needed, a small artwork fee may apply depending on the design.
3. Set your store timeline
Most stores stay open for 1–2 weeks.
4. We prepare and build your online store
Once the items, pricing, and artwork are finalized, we build the store and send you the link to share with your group.
5. Customers place their orders online
Customers place orders and pay directly through the store before the closing date.
7. Store Closes/Production Begins
Once the store closes, we order garments and produce all items together. Orders will be ready approximately 10 business days after the store closes. Stores offerring personalized items will add a few days of production time.
8. Orders are packaged and delivered
Each order is individually bagged and labeled for easy distribution. Orders can be shipped directly to customers or picked up locally either individually or by a designated group representative.
