We have minimums as low as 24 pieces for most jobs. We can use your artwork or one of our talented graphic designers can work with you to create the perfect design!  We have many standard ink colors to choose from or we can mix an ink to match your exact pantone color for an additional fee.  Screen printing is ideal for flat garments and designs with solid colors.

FAQ Screen Printing Policies

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard production time for screen printing is 7-10 business days.  That does not include shipping time.  We can usually accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.

Can I mix and match sizes and colors to meet the minimum?

All sizes are combined to calculate the total quantity.  We do allow ONE variation of garment color OR style within the bulk quantity pricing.  

What is the minimum order?

For screen printing our minimum order is 24 pieces. An order of 24 pieces is limited to 3 screens max and 2 print locations.  


Can I see a pre-production test print?

Unfortunately, we can not set up for anything less than 24 shirts. All the garments in your bulk order must be printed at the same time. 


Can I cancel my order?

An order can be canceled anytime before artwork approval. However, to cover vendor return fees and shipping for the garments, as well as the time our team spent preparing your project, there will be a 35% fee taken from the refund due to cancelation. After the artwork approval is given by the client, an order CANNOT be canceled. 

What if I don’t have artwork?

We can create artwork for you!  Our standard artwork service is $45, which includes an original design based on customer specifications and 2 revisions.  Additional revisions are $15 each.  Artwork fees may be waived for orders over 100 pieces

Can I bring in my own shirts for you to print?

Redding Company does not print on any customer provided items. 

Can you create an ink color to exactly match my artwork or company logo?

Yes!  We can mix an ink color to match any pantone color available.  There is an additional charge of $15 per color for pantone matching. 

What format do you need for artwork?

We prefer artwork to be in vector format (ai, eps, svg)  We can also use a bitmap image if it is saved at print size in 300 dpi. 

How does the process from ordering to delivery work?

We will start with a brief consultation to get the details about your project.  This can be done on the phone, by email, or in person.  Redding Company will send you pricing based on the information  that you have provided. 

If pricing and details look good, you can send us sizes.  At this point, we will enter sizes and send the order back for approval. 

Once the order is approved, no changes or additions can be made to the garment styles, sizes, or colors.  When an order is approved, a payment request will be sent. 

Once payment has been made we will order your items and begin working on artwork.  When the artwork is complete, we will send it for approval.  Once it is approved, we will schedule your order for production. 

The turnaround time begins when the proof is approved and payment has been received.
